ZIBÁ BEAUTY is a permanent makeup and beauty studio in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, specializing in brows and lips. We offer shading brows, lip blush, permanent eyeliner, brow lamination, henna tinting and precise shaping with thread or wax. We also do what many studios won't: correction. If an old microblading healed grey, blue or red, or your lips read dark and uneven, neutralization rebalances the color and gives you a clean base to start from. Every design is mapped to your features and matched to your skin's undertone, because a brow that suits one face rarely suits another. The goal is never brows that announce themselves. It's brows that look like they were always yours. We work in English and Spanish, and we take the time to explain what we're doing and why.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is time reserved specifically for you. A deposit confirms it and is applied to the cost of your service. Rescheduling or cancelling — 48 hours or more. Free, and your deposit transfers to your new appointment. One transfer per booking. Less than 48 hours, or no-show. The deposit is not refunded. Booking a new appointment requires a new deposit. Arriving late. We hold your slot for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and the deposit does not transfer. If we cancel. You choose: a full refund of your deposit, or priority rebooking at the next available time. If we cannot perform your service on the day. Some conditions make a procedure unsafe, including pregnancy, oral isotretinoin within the past year, an active cold sore, or lash extensions still in place for eyeliner. In these cases your deposit is refunded in full. Please read the health requirements before booking so we can avoid this. Emergencies. Illness and genuine emergencies happen. Message us as soon as you can and we will work with you. One exception per client.
